Breathing is the link between body and mind, spirit and matter, conscious and subconscious. The breath is a force, a bridge and a tool. It connects us to each other and to our own nature, as well as the world all around us.
Every psychological and emotional state has a corresponding breathing pattern. When our state changes, our breathing also changes. This is a two-way street: when you change your breathing pattern, you are changing your mental/emotional state as well. We can use the breath to connect into the nervous system, the brain, the immune system, unconscious patterns of behavior. Expand the full capacity of the breathing mechanism, going deeper into our selfs and outgrow any healing crises and emotional/traumatic blockages to allow life to flow in its fullest.

Chi Nei Tsang is a holistic approach to the healing touch modality, that helps us face what has kept in disharmony and cut off from life. Literally it means “working the energy of the internal organs”. It integrates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being, going to the very root of the problem. It effectively addresses chronic conditions including digestive problems, headaches, chronic fatigue, menstrual cramps, sciatica, uterine fibroids, infertility, insomnia, depression...
Chi Nei Tsang works mainly on the abdomen with deep and gentle touches, training the internal organs to work more efficiently. Unprocessed emotional charges are also addressed in this manner, as well as oxygen and nutrients flow, and all of the body systems: digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, muscular-skeletal and the meridian system. By manipulating the belly, also know as the second brain, we can so meet ourselves peacefully and with equanimity, allowing the aforementioned flow to resume. We thus have the ability to grow out of healing crises, giving the support needed in our healing journey.

Rebirthing Breathwork is a safe and natural breathing method which connects with our subconscious mind - our deepest thoughts, beliefs and desires. A form of therapy which uses our own breath that can help us with any issue, from depression, anxiety, to relationship difficulties. It is also a simple tool to develop self awareness and connection to the present moment and the surrounding elements.
Trough guiding the breath into a certain way, an energy flow is created which gently helps release stuck emotions stored in different and deep areas of the mind and body, opening up the breathing mechanism to its full potential. As it integrates, one goes deeper and achieves profound states of bliss, clarity and understanding about themselves or a specific issue they are facing.
